These terms cover use of this website and the way VIP Walls Interior Specialists provides information and quotations. They are maintained by VIP Walls and do not replace the written quotation or agreement issued for your individual project.

We take care to keep the information, images and service descriptions on this website accurate and up to date. Photographs show previous work and are illustrative. Materials, layouts and finishes vary by project.

Quotations are based on the information available at the time and, where possible, a site visit. If the scope, access or condition of the property differs from what was described or surveyed, we will discuss any change with you in writing before proceeding.

Prices quoted remain valid for the period stated on the quotation.

You agree to provide safe access to the working areas and to tell us about known hazards such as concealed cabling, pipework or structural alterations. We will agree working hours and protect surfaces and floors in the areas we work in.

Changes requested after work has started may affect the price and timescale. If you need to cancel or postpone, contact us as early as possible so materials already made or ordered for your project can be discussed.

Designs, drawings, text and photographs on this website belong to VIP Walls Interior Specialists and may not be reproduced without permission.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
